Our family business values centre on providing our supported schools qualified, experienced, affordable, onsite IT technician support. Your dedicated technician-consultant will visit your school at an agreed regular time, to proactively help keep your computer systems operational, not only to fix but also maintain, advise and progress. This ensures that you have faith to teach with a supported, reliable computer system.

Our support desk team follow the ITIL framework and you can rest assured they are friendly, local and real people that can securely remote-in, assess and assist with any issue that you may have. You can log tickets with our support desk via our online portal 24/7, email or call and speak directly to one of our team.

As an exclusively educational IT support company; regardless of the technology that you wish us to support and advance in the future, using our extensive experience we can design, build, develop, deliver and support any educational system.

In the event of a Disaster Recovery (DR) where the worst happens, whether it be a burst water pipe, fire, virus or critical hardware failure, we will be there to restore your system. To ensure you maintain high availability of access to your data is paramount. We understand that your hard work, effort and tireless evenings of planning needs to be a priority to be protected, backed up and secure. So rest assured, we will produce you a bespoke disaster recovery document to help with key details in the event of a DR and meet your compliancy requirements. In the event of a DR our team can be onsite rapidly with a solution (working through the night if required) to restore your school back to being operational as soon as possible.
